FLAG Educational Forum (FEF)

The FLAG Educational Forum is a dynamic initiative that brings educational institutions together to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the field of education. By offering structured membership plans and an active discussion platform, FEF ensures that its members play a central role in shaping educational policies and promoting high standards of learning.

Membership Plans and StructureThe FLAG Educational Forum (FEF) is designed to create a collaborative platform for educational leaders and institutions, providing an opportunity for regular discussions, decision-making, and effective policy creation. The forum operates under two primary membership plans: Regular Plan and Free Plan, with additional tiers for specialized roles.

Regular Plan

Members in this plan act as Moderators of the forum.They can actively participate, provide suggestions, and engage in decision-making processes.

FLAG Ambassadors under the Regular Plan gain elevated roles, such as Policy Makers and Administrators within the forum.

  1. Free Plan

Members under this plan can observe the forum’s activities.Participation in discussions or decision-making is not allowed. To provide input, upgrading to the Regular Plan is required

Golden Plan

Members under the Golden Plan serve as Forum Moderators and Coordinators.They become part of their respective Cluster Board of Directors, contributing to FLAG’s leadership structure.

4. Silver Plan

Members known as FLAG Stars can offer valuable suggestions and feedback in the forum.They enjoy active participation privileges in discussions and decision-making.

Structure and Functionality

  1. Cluster-Level Autonomy

At the cluster level, the FLAG Educational Forum operates as an independent and autonomous body. Regular members, including school heads, act as Board of Directors for their specific circle.

  1. Monthly Meetings

The forum will host at least one online meeting every month. Suggestions provided by members will be reviewed, and critical decisions will be made.

  1. Decision-Making

Authority Key matters, including competition rules, judge appointments, scheduling, and locations, are decided by the Regular Members. In cases of conflicting opinions, decisions made by FLAG BOG (Ambassadors) will be final.

  1. 24/7 Active Discussion

An online discussion forum remains active 24/7, allowing Regular Members to:Share their views.Access opinions and discussions of other members using their IDs.

Free Plan members can view forum activities but cannot participate.

Scope and Focus Areas

The FLAG Educational Forum focuses solely on matters related to:

Education, Educational systems Teaching methodologies, Competitions, Awards and events. The forum maintains a strictly non-political and non-religious stance. It will not be used for any activities outside its educational focus.—
